What is the opposite of methyl donors? Is it methyl receivers? methyl stealers? methyl takers?
Also, what supplements work as methyl receivers? Only the ones I know are niacin and NADH (active B3).
I've attached a list of methyl donors, which might be beneficial for finding methyl receivers.

-Caffeine
-MSM
-Melatonin
-CoQ10
-Carnitine
-Theanine (in black, green, and white tea)
-SAMe
-Methyl B12
-Curcumin
-DMG
-TMG
-Folapro, Metafolin, Deplin, 5-MTHF
-Choline
-Folic acid
-Methionine amino acid
-Vitamin B complex

Some call it a methyl-mop :)
It seems that vitamin B1 and B2 could also work as methyl-mops, or at least increase the need for methyl donors.

B3 seems the best methyl-mop. Otherwise there are lots of drugs that can interfere with methylation via different pathways.

I think Dr. Ben Lynch has a list of those drugs on his website.

cheers
