Nutreval Test: blood vs urine?

I'm taking the nutreval test & wonder if it's better to submit a blood sample or a urine sample for testing. It seems like a big difference. Does anyone know if one provides more accurate results than the other?

@Avalon - weird... My doctor is sending me a kit, so I thought it was just urine... I'll double check tomorrow.

You can check out the instructions for the kit, it shows that there are 5 vials for blood and 3 for urine.
