Neem leaf extract for Mycoplasma

I'm looking into neem leaf extract for mycoplasma. My levels IgG snf IgM are crazy high. I found it talked about on a blog.

Most of it is alcohol based and nasty fasting but I found some caps about 500 mgs

I found his thread which talks about neem and tinnitus. Mine is acting up so I'm getting some.

Per @Hip on the link here, I can get higher doses I need with caps.
