I kept silent, but wondered sometime why you don't use the well-known alternatives to increase glutathione first instead? Working just as well. I concluded, must be a gut feeling, one can't argue with - since arguments for the alternatives were already extensively given. Glad your experience is pointing to a possible way now.
mainly because one is what i have at home and the other is something i have to put more time, effort and money into.
i tried glutathione but it didn't do anything for me, probably because of low bioavailability.
there is a liposomal variant of glutathione but it's expensive and idk if it's worth it.
there is acetylcysteine lysinate which still contains the sulfur so idk if my body would react any different to it.
there are the amino acids but i haven't had much effect (if any) from supplementing amino acids before (and they often cause me indigestion).
if you have a direct recommendation please let me know, otherwise i am going to wait till the multivitamin gets here (for the molybdenum). funnily enough this is the first time i experience delays with iherb as they are having trouble with their carrier: "Your order is delayed due to carrier issues. Please check your tracking number for more information while we work with the carrier to resolve this issue. Carriers may take up to 48-72 hours to provide updates."
