Can someone help me interpret this, as I'm not certain what I am looking for?

I do see that I have 3 MTHFR mutations; tough I don't know what any of this means

gs192

rs1801133 (C;T) OR C677T allele of MTHFR

rs1801131 (A;C) OR MTHFR A1298C

edited to add these are heterozygous mutations

No you have two very common variants in the MTHFR gene. gs192 is just a description of this combination. See this explanation from SNPedia.

About 20% of people have this combination - ie billions of people live with it.

The combination does mean that the MTHFR enzyme is slower so production of methylfolate is somewhat reduced. This may cause problems when there is increased need such as during pregnancy and during some illnesses but usually the body copes well with a slower enzyme.

Just ensure your folate intake is high. Eat plenty of vegetables and consider supplementation with methylfolate or folinic acid.
