Do you have high LP(a) and/or an APOE4 variant

I'm not exactly sure where to place this thread but I would love to know if my thinking is relevant.
I am aware of the theory that microcirculation deficits may be responsible for ME/CFS or perhaps a downstream symptom.
For the brainfogged I want know how many people have high Lipoprotein A , aka LP(a) and or APOE4 genes. Both are associated with poor microcirculation.

When I had my DNA done I was less than impressed to notice I was blessed with the rs3798220(C;T) , rs7770628(T;T) , rs10755578(C;C) , rs7767084(T;T)
I self funded a LP(a) test and found I had 1221 mg/L ( range 0-200)

I'm also APOE 3/4 (gs141) rs429358(C;T)+ rs7412(C;C)

I also have low butrylcholinesterase ( via rs1799807(A;G) AND the k variant rs1803274(A;G) which as far as I can understand impacts acetylcholine

I'm guessing researchers must have given more than a cursory glance at these but I havent seen any blatently labelled studies looking at me/cfs vs pop norm for these genes. Although I see people are interested https://solvecfs.org/hector-bonilla/

Next question, how do we increase microcirculation and decrease LP(a), Ive heard Niacin or asprin are effective in "some" cases for LP(a) and I saw this on mango extract https://nutraceuticalbusinessreview...d_glucose_metabolism_in_healthy_people/126180. I assume the likes of Nitric Oxide agents like Citruline /beta alanine/ arginine only work on larger arteries/veins

No, not really, Niacin "can" lower lp(a) but it doesn't work for everyone, it looks interesting for microcirculation but I suspect the effect is only for as long as the "flush".
Oh ok, like flush as in PEM?
Sorry, I'm new.
