Yes, MSM is one of the substances I use to fight this illness. No acne, but I never had much issues with that when I was a young man either. It has no side-effects for me at all.

So you do get pimples with MSM?

I got pimples from Biotin, and B6 took care of that. But I think it is the same principle since B6 acts in synergy with sulfates.

I have taken MSM for respiratory "allergies" for several decades. I have never had any problem with it.
