So complex, there must be other underlying causes of infections/genetics. I wonder what type of Clinicians treat this, would it be Gastro or infectious?
I am ot sure with above if Lactate acidosis is different from treatment than the D-Lactate. I know D-Lactate can also be with Metabolic Acidosis combined...
Has anyone heard anything from Avenger at all? I hope he is still in remission x x thanks Violetta

I'm not sure, either. I found that last night and I still need to study it.

I also found this, which is interesting.

See how the sodium bicarbonate increased lactate but the thiamine reduced it?

So from these two pieces of information I am going to try to be consistent in three areas.

Slowly increase thiamine and keep carbohydrate levels to around 20 grams per meal.

Take herbal antiviral/antifungals.

Take herbals for blood viscosity so that the blood can carry oxygen.

That's all I can think of right now.

PS: Boswellia is good for a couple of reasons.

I am not sure if any carbs are good except fruits, I read also today that cheese is very high in D-Lactate. I think any food that is made is not good. Eat clean Fish lean beef whole beans spinach. Eat like the Farmers did avoiding garbage produce in stores

thiamine also goes with Alport Syndrome even Leber Optic Hereditary Neuropathy I have both homozygous. In Alport full vitamins are not allowed & certain B12 the Doctors use causes blindness in Leber. I also now saw I have double copies to the TB genes, never tested for the Latent TB from my Mother
