I just switched from taking a calcium/vit D/magnesium supplement to taking them separately to increase doses.
I have been taking Magnesium Gel Caps 400mg & am about to increase to 8oomg

I take 600mg Calcium also. Do I need to take Calcium with the magnesium? And if so, How Much?
