The best diet Ive found is low to 0 carbs, high protein, and low to 0 fat. So grilled chicken without the skin, some fruit like bananas, carrots, distilled water to drink, with a non caffeine tea as your choice. Clearly your lyme is still progressing so that is a real concern.
Go out and buy some Xylitol, I want you to take two big scoops, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with distilled water to wash it down with. Dont eat for an hour after. Do that for two weeks and then continue as much as you like.
Reason: Xylitol is an artificial sugar that confuses bacteria, parasites, and bio films into trying to eat it (they think it is sugar) and them then dying. Xylital is one of two actually healthy artificial sugars.
Supplements regardless of the test results: Zinc, Molybdenum, 5 grams of sodium ascorbate (non acid vitamin C), 3 pills of phosphatidyl choline, 2000iu of vitamin D, 1pill of niacinamide, and two pills of selenium- every day. The tests for minerals are wildly inaccurate, intracellular vs extracellular, hair vs body content, etc etc.
This will hopefully stabilize you, but not cure you. I personally have seen 0 results to herbal products and spent probably over 1000$ on them, but some people do react to them. I had to turn my adrenals back on with hydrocortisone and I had to turn my testosterone back on with Clomid. Low dose naltrexone 4.5mg is worth trying, go low and go slow. If you have night sweats, try Famvir, which cured only my night sweats.
Im looking into more experimental methods of getting cured, but of course I cannot recommend anything like that just yet. There are only tests for 3 or 4 species of lyme out of more than 100 species of lyme, so you dont have to obsess or go bankrupt over testing. Lyme, mycoplasma, bartonella, babesia, viruses, you generally have to hit it all.
