Looking For Older Post, Can't Remember Title

Hello everyone

I'm looking for a post I came across a few weeks ago, I should have bookmarked it.

I don't remember the title of the thread or the poster, but, it was a post about methylfolate dosages and how lower dosages don't seem to increase the levels in the body by much. The main thing about the post was that it showed a graph or chart showing blood folate levels and how they increased in relation to the methylfolate dosage.

If anyone remembers or recognizes this post and can give a link, I'd really appreciate it.
