Looking for 5 Methylfolate and MB12 shot

Hello,

I saw a video of people getting MB12 and 5 Methylfolate vitamin shot together. Here is the video below.

Recently I was tested for Folate RBC which was low and I was prescribed MB12 5000 mcg and Folic acid 400mcg per week shot.

Now My question is where can I get 5 Methylfolate injection.? Any pharmacy names please.?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
