Just walked to my neighbours

I just did that thing again ' walked to my neighbours ' 2 doors away to give her some fruit if picked .
I do the same thing each time ' surely it's ok this time '
It was so nice to see her garden .
I didn't stay for long or converse much at all.
As soon as I can back boom I get the headache / pressure ...
It's taken me wks to get anywhere near stable ..
Oh well nothing I can do now !
