Which Chinese herbs have helped you, @Rufous McKinne

I am somewhat seeking my master list which disappeared around here someplace.

I take around 38 herbs for the overall conditions that are viewed as
Yin Deficiency (your boiling over)
Blood Stagnation (non deforming red blood cells)
Nourishing all the Qi-s which are weak and fluttering.

If I find that list, I'll post something....

I regularly take a mix of digestive herbs for ibs-d which are excellent.

then I added lung moistening herbs to that, when COVID struck (dried out is a major condition of the body)

Let's not forget the possibility of collaborative efforts. Look at all the people Invest in ME Research Charity have been able to bring together. Look at ME Research UK marching on year after year. Look at what Mary Dimmock has been able to do, Lady Mar, and so many others.

There are lots of new, good exciting things happening. Yes I wish it was all fixed, but this is a good time to appreciate that some forward momentum- could transpire.

I guess I’m a bit confused. It sounds like there were 2 components—1 was a test and the 2nd was a treatment? Whitney did not respond well to the test, but maybe treatment was ok?

From what I understood -maybe I'm wrong - they tested the drug and he had a bad reaction. Bc he said they learned many things from his bad reaction. Maybe dose-dependent?

No worries. I don't currently have a source for the herbs - I can't read Chinese language. I have access to a clinic but the person reads it all in Chinese and I like to know what I am ingesting in my own language.

I believe this is correct. Although I don’t think anything is known about the treatment other than it exists, and he’s trying it.

Yes, the money does go to Dr. Ron Davis directly. You'll later receive a nice thank-you card signed by the Director (if I recall that correctly).

If by check, I would simply put his name in the bottom l. hand corner & it will be donated directly to him. I wish a company would step up and give matching funds. If any of you are working, check with Human Resources and see if your company will donate to match your amount. Good way of cos. helping others. Yours, Lenora.

Can you pleade share?? I am sooo scared.. I crash even eating now.

Hi Ladycreole03.....As tempting as it sounds (and it does), most people on abilify for longer than 3 mos. find that it no longer works for them. My concern is that it's probably better to keep the brain's chemicals as free of outside substances as possible, that way when a new treatment emerges folks will be able to use it immediately....and without a combo of other drugs. I wish you health. Yours, Lenora.

I don’t want to take this off topic, and I don’t have explicit permission to share their story, but Abilify took this individual from extremely severe to moderately ill over the course of about 2 to 4 weeks. It’s held for a few months now. I’ve been sick a long time and met a lot of patients, and I’ve never seen anything like this.

I know two other patients who were not able to tolerate it and discontinued a few weeks after starting.
