No the penis lengthening had nothing to do with those things. It just kept getting stretched out...like anything losing collagen I guess
i cannot give you any tissue advice because i know not much about collagen and connectivity issues.
sorry about that. maybe the other folks here know more about this.
but i can give you penis advice, because i have some experiences too.
i would leave the area down below alone for a month or so. no masturbation. no kegel exercises, no reverse kegels etc. no stretching. no stretcher. no vacuum pump, just nothing. let the whole area regenerate. over exertion can happen. affecting muscles and tissues.
i am not saying this is the cause of your tissue problems. i am saying give it a rest, not overcomplicate things by having too many factors influence the situation!
those areas down below are all muscle related, and too much can either weaken the muscle or cramp/stiff it up. if muscles down there get tight it has immediate effect on all tissues around. it can make tissues move outside or inside. feel loose.
i have sometimes a weak anus, feeling like things could slip and sometimes it feels so tight that stuff doesnt move out. in my case its all muscle.
regarding your varicose veins. vitamin k2 mk4/mk7 can help with that if the issue is calcium related. maybe it even helps with the tissues.
also copper and vitamin C are directly related to tissue. a deficiency in both can make bad connectivity tissue.
i would supplement both if you can tolerate this.
arginine is related to increased NO production, also has effects down there.
i can say nothing about your theory of omega 3:6 ratio. ive never read anything about it, i dont know. all my problems are muscle related therefore my suggestions come from a muscle basis.
