is a doctor's data methylation panel worth it

I wanted to get the health diagnostics one but i called them and it can only be ordered through a doctor. I don't have a doctor atm (finances) so it looks like d.d. is the only one available but it seems really limited. With a lack of reporting on glutathione, folate and adenosine is it worth getting?
