Instead of ME/CFS, could some have simple schizophrenia? Its symptoms: anhedonia, blunted emotions, brain fog, apathy, social withdrawal

Thanks. I did try glycine (and the related sarcosine too) for the negative symptoms, but did not notice much. There may have been some brief transient improvements, but they did not last longer than a day.
