hi all
For the past week, the tendons ( i think they are tendons) behind my knees have been inflamed and tight. Any idea what could cause this? could it be related to a lack of b2 by chance?
thanks

Hi aquariusgirl,

You probably know there are lymph glands behind your knees that can get congested detoxing substances.

Best,

Lou
