INFLAMED KNEE TENDONS

hi all
For the past week, the tendons ( i think they are tendons) behind my knees have been inflamed and tight. Any idea what could cause this? could it be related to a lack of b2 by chance?

Yes, I know of many who had tendon problems following the taking of this class of drugs.
