It was a very long road for me to understand.
If you like, read this:

Understanding High Phytanic Acid: Causes, Symptoms, and Management

https://swaresearch.blogspot.com/2024/11/understanding-high-phytanic-acid-causes.html

i did read and check it carefully now, the symptoms give me the creeps. i didnt know that disease.
so you do have it?

high phytanic acid could be a problem for me too, because i somehow get the feeling my eye problems are worse on cheese days and i ate over a year almost only cheese in addition to my bread. also i notice that i do better on low fat.

i also noticed i get gum bleeding when eating beef, not pork though.

i checked the genes in nebula in my wgs panel, but they are not suspecious. but could non the less be a problem.

You will know for sure if you being tested for VLCFA (Very Long Chain Fatty Acids).
Easily blending is related to "von Willebrand Diseases" (VWD) depending on the factor. I have Factor 2 and 5.

@sb4 I don't know you, but I've read you were doing a low carb diet. If so is true, please, reconsider your carb intake because lot of people, including myself, have experienced adrenaline problems with ketogenic diets.

@alcasa I think keto can cause adrenaline problems in me. I think I do best on low carb (like 50g or less). Having said that I've tried so many diets over the years. Just last year I was doing a very high carb very low fat experiment. I put on a lot of weight but it was more successful than a moderate carb moderate fat diet.
