How to support pyruvate metabolism?

I just noticed a note on my methylation panel that suggests I support pyruvate metabolism...but doesn't offer any more suggestions or explanation.

Any ideas how to go about this? Do calcium pyruvate supplements help? Or is that something totally different?

Did you see the study of Fluge and Mella? Now pyruvate dehydrogenase is a big thing, you were the first to notice! (at least in English...)
