How do you cope with being Unreliable?

Same scenario for me, had to rush because of POTS and collapsed exhausted in the street/mall several times. And now, I am so afraid of this that shopping is a no-no. Definitly, feeling that you can't rely on your body for very basic occupation is so distressing!
