High glycine? Amin acid analysis help

Messages

Hello,

I recently had an amino acid analysis done in order to get a better idea of how my methylation cycle might be doing.

the three abnormal amino acids were
- glycine 342 (122-322)
-tyrosine 34 (38-96)
-lysine 118 (119-233)

I know glycine is especially important for methylation.

Why might this be elevated?

I currently can’t take any forms of b12 or folate as I feel bad. Could the high glycine be why?
