I’m on my 14th day of covid and it has really dragged me down. I’m worse than I’ve been in a long time. And I’m shitting my pants with fear of this being permanent.

I’ve asked about experiences before but I was wondering if there is anything I can do to help me out of this? What is good to take against covid or long covid (medication/supplement)? I read about aspirin and Ivermectin, any thoughts? I’m on vit D/C and quercetin atm.

Thank you♥️

The first thing that comes to mind is the clotting pathology that’s been found to be present in long Covid. I might suggest then a combination of Aspirin (150mg twice a day) and Bromelain (500mg twice).

Thank you very much, I’ll order it right away. I’ll add l lysine also.

The FLCCC Alliance has published its I-Mask protocol for an active covid infection, and its I-Recover protocol for long covid:
https://covid19criticalcare.com/wp-...LCCC-Alliance-I-MASKplus-Protocol-ENGLISH.pdf
https://covid19criticalcare.com/covid-19-protocols/i-recover-protocol/

The protocol is updated every few months.

There are doctors offering covid and long covid care. During the pandemic, telemedicine allows a doctor to prescribe medicine out-of-state. While I have not personally used this one, I did read a couple of favorable comments on this doctor: text2md.com

Thank you so much! I’ll try the recovery one. I actually have LDN at home that I was supposed to start when I got sick but post poned, didn’t know it could help with covid

Looking forward to hearing if the anti-clotting regimen helps! Please have a doctor monitor the risk of bleeding.

Are you vaccinated?
Talk to your doctor and consider going to the hospital if you get worse, the earlier you are evaluated and treated (if needed) the better your prospects.

Yes i’m vaccinated but I got sick 2 days after my 3rd dose. The infection wasn’t that bad but my ME symptoms are much worse. I’m afraid the infection altered something in my body... but I hope it’s just a regular crash

I have no idea if it will have affected the ME or its the standard covid fatigue.
On the plus side being vaccinated your chances are greatly improved.

I'm sorry Elvira.. Sounds like what has happened to me! Do you also feel super inflamed, especially in your brain.?

I haven't figured mine out yet.. Nearing to 3 weeks from the big crash. Have stabilised a tiny bit in the last few days but progress is super slow.

If you have support then you should try and engage it as much as possible so you can do as little as possible for yourself.

I have found some help from IV vitamin C, but I doubt that is easily accessible to you.

Not sure if the high dose corticosteroid protocol from the I-recover protocol is the right move for pwME as we may have other infections that worsen.

Sorry I can't help, but I'll let you know if I find something useful. Or if I do go to hospital and engage a wider team of infectious disease specialist, endocrinologist, etc

Yes it sounds very similar! Mild infection but crashed ME. I was also a 20 on the scale before this... and I was getting better😢 Yes my brain feels inflamed but mostly I’m super weak in my body, I don’t normally feel this weak even during crashes.

Do you think the immune response has somehow worsened our ME? It feels very scary. I’m happy you are a bit stable! My parents are helping me with everything so I can rest, I really want to take a shower though...

No I read that corticosteorid isn’t advised for ME. But I’m going to try intermectin i think.

Yes please keep me updated🙏 I hope we’ll find a way though this and back to our 20-scale!!

My stability is only bought by the pregnenolone.. Which I'm on a super high dose of unfortunately. And it still comes and goes with hours of mild fever and palpitations, feelings of anxiety and general "discomfort". My ME is indeed the worst it has even been, super weak physically and can't really tolerate doing anything at all.

Yeah didn't realise how much I'd appreciate showering..

I'm more scared that I'll be living at my parents forever now, and my pregnant wife and 3 year old will have to be on their own.. Worst nightmare really.

I have the exact same symptoms, fever come and go, my heart rate is messed up, anxiety. And i’m also at my worse😢

Stupid stupid virus... But i’ve read about others getting really bad and then better with time so there is hope for us! It must be so hard not being able to be with your family, I’m really sorry.

We’ll keep in touch and rooting for eachother☺️🙏

Yes, it's good to hear you are having similar symptoms! Hopefully we can figure it out.

@Treeman said he went from moderate to bedbound for a few weeks and recovered slowly over 3 months back to his pre-covid health.. So hopefully it'll be like that..

That’s very encouraging to hear! I’ve asked around in swedish ME groups and have heard similar stories. A couple of months. But I really hoped the vaccines would have protected us better😤 I wonder how it would have gone if I’d gotten the booster in time!

Yeah I wish I had gotten boosted.. But the vaccines had already fucked with me somehow, I was less stable than before them. Stupid covid..

2 months I can do. 30 years..? Not sure..
