Help Canary crowdsource archival film, audio and images
I'm in the process of researching archival news and medical films for the documentary. I would love your help crowdsourcing English and non-English language archives that might have motion picture, audio, or images touching on the following keywords:
hysteria, neurasthenia, neuromyasthenia, atypical polio, icelandic disease, benign epidemic encephalomyelitis, myalgic encephalomyelitis, chronic fatigue syndrome
These can be old (pre-1960s) medical archive such as that found in the Wellcome Trust Moving Image and Sound Collection:
https://www.youtube.com/user/WellcomeFilm, still images, or more recent radio and television accounts, for example, of an outbreak that may have occurred in your country.
We are also looking for archive that might portray inaccurate or stereotypical images of the disease.
