yea, i take 200 mcg a day of selenium. I have been on high dose iodine in the past and currently taking a moderate dose daily. I stopped for a bit because I was wondering if it was the cause of my enlarged thyroid but it had no effect on it.

My TSH was higher when I was using iodine, 400 mcg/day. I had terrible effects from high doses.

I consider supplemental iodine to be the amount in egg yolks at this point.

T4 test needs to be free T4, yours looks as if it is not.

If you take the spare thyroxine it will alter your results should you get to see an endocrinologist.
