About 2,000-2,400 mcgs / day. Less in the mornings, and the highest dose about 2 hours before bed.

I wonder if anyone else ever tried this protocol?

I just started with folinic acid 25mg three times a day. I’m hoping it helps but I don’t really understand how it affects immunodeficiency and antibody production.
