My body is not hot, I sleep better, less fatigued and I don't have inflammation in extremities if I'm sufficient in vitamin A and it's cofactors (mostly A and zinc) . Vitamin A also makes me iron deficient with time, so be careful.

@Azayliah you can check Dr berg or Chris Masterjohn videos about allergies/histamine on YouTube. They give useful information about nutrients involved. If I remember correctly, vitamin A, copper, b vitamins, zinc needed
