I would like to know how much dosages of the above are recommended.

Also,

- What are the benefits of the above vitamins?
- Will B6 have the same effect as P5P, and what dosage of both are recommended if one is to choose any one of these.

Hi, I would be interested too. I think Freddd did mention the Bs on another thread but I can't remember which one. I've just ordered some extra B5.
