The brain fog is connected to the fatigue with a not feeling balanced . Hard to describe . I actually have no idea how I do my job .I'm hardly a medical expert, but in my opinion and experience, I dont think so .... chin up !!!
You get your good days e energy levels are just enough to have more laughs. Mid laugh puts the symptoms away for that couple of minutes. Then distracted yourself with cooking . I constantly have my attention to either cleaning , cooking at fast pace to counteract the symptoms. When things slow down then the symptoms come crashing . It sounds weird but I'm just trying to fool the brain lol.
