NEXT WEEK IS CALL TO ACTION WEEK FOR H.R. 3502 & S.2858
This bill will Fund Mitochondrial Disease Research. It expands on existing research efforts and fosters greater coordination among NIH institutes that have been involved in different aspects of mito research.
February 15-19, 2010 is the UMDF's "Call to Action" Week. UMDF members, supporters, family and friends are strongly encouraged to participate. Participation can come in the form of a meeting with your Congressman and Senators, who will be back in their home districts next week. You can also participate by making a phone call or writing an advocacy letter. Our message is clear. We want you to ask your Congressman to cosponsor HR.3502.
