Detox and Coffee Enema

I know some of you have experience with coffee enema's.

I am curious about how long it took to feel better when you used them.

Can someone give me some feedback on their experience with them??

ahmo seems to be one of our specialist in this field. Go to the blogs section and search for ahmo's blog entitled "my detox story coffee enemas".
I have began with this technique 6 months ago, once or twice a week, and that helps me as a general detox support.

@cutie2u222 I've linked my blog experiences re CEs in my signature. I'm using them ongoing. I feel better immediately after. I'm currently in a big Candida/SIBO purge, so they've been daily. I hope, soon, to be able to say, "2014 was my year of Coffee Enemas", and my system will be better able to detox on its own.
