Could methylation help my fiance with her menstrual illness?

My fiance has suspected adenomyosis (a condition in which the inner lining of the uterus (the endometrium) breaks through the muscle wall of the uterus (the myometrium)). She possibly has endometriosis and has a polycystic ovary, but probably doesn't have polycystic ovarian syndrome. With the lack of attention modern medicine has given women's issues, there is poor testing and hence the maybes.

Hey, it's fatigue and pain, right? It's a neglected illness, right? If anybody has any insightful knowledge about those systems, hormones and biochemistry I'd be grateful.
