COMT, VDR and Dopamine?

COMT V158M AA (++)
COMT H62H TT (++)
VDR Taq AA

I have had issues with low dopamine... do these snps seem to be consistent with that?

VDR Taq AA is the faster version for producing dopamine (though it's a pretty small increase), and COMT +/+ are the slower versions for breaking down dopamine. So these SNPs don't account for your low dopamine problems.

But there are other VDR and COMT mutations which might also be relevant. I've compiled lists at:

Using those lists current requires manually searching through your raw 23andMe results after downloading them.
