I actually came across that earlier today. B. infantis is next on the list for me as I think diversity is very beneficial. Many people on the forum seem to have had good luck with it. It's also readily available as a single strain.
I started the combination of the two a few days ago. Infantis on its own is very helpful for me.

long time lurker here. I finally got around to trying this probiotic. I took two doses and had 2 good days, noticeable increase in energy and oxygenation (breathing was effortless).

However, i stopped because it was lowering the ph of my stomach too much and I have chronic gastritis. Pure butyrate supplements do the same thing, hence why I started slow with the probiotic.

The 4 subsequent days after stopping I’ve experienced severe insomnia (hypnic jerks) anxiety, and gi distress.

Im wondering if anyone has any thought about this probiotic colinizing the gut and potentially creating issues.

i have to admit im in a bit of a scare because everytime i dose off I jolt awake and havent slept in 3-4 nights.

I had this issue from another supplement I took and long after I stopped taking it I read that it is caused by an increased need for glycine, so I never had the chance to verify it myself.

Thats interesting because I remember my first descent I had into severe I had multiple nights of the same thing that happened only with intense brain zaps too and days of electric feeling neuropathy all over my body.

What supplement caused it for you? For me adding saw palmetto over the course of a month on probably the worst supplement lineup for it was what broke the camels back. For me it started with the digestive bloating and general severe mood problems and then got horrifically worse.. It took me almost 2 years here to crawl back to mild. I didn't have a chance to try glycine either though and don't have a reason to now. I wonder if that would have saved me though if I took it immediately when it began.
