Cell salts?

Anyone tried this for low mineral status? I'm trying to raise magnesium, potassium, zinc and sodium but it's not easy. Found no research supporting cell salts. It's very low amounts but they are supposed to stimulate the cells to take up more. Any experiences here?

I take them but didn't want to experiment by stopping my minerals so I don't know if they are helping.

Why did you start taking them? No change in symptoms?

I've taken them probably for a year so far. No change in symptoms that I could tell. I don't always go by that though, since you won't always be able to tell when things are working.
