All I can say from those images is you have some degenerative disc disease. To really assess the images requires access to the entire file, because these images don't show the exiting nerve roots or axial views of the spinal cord. Plus, I'm really not an expert at this. Lumbar spine disease, unlike CCI/AAI, is readily assessed by radiologists, spine doctors (orthopedic spine doctors, neurosurgeons or interventional pain specialists). I recommend you find one of these specialists to read your MRI. Best of luck.
I will thank you! I like to kinda have an idea of what is going on to prepare my questions ahead. Yours all help in the CCI was invaluable when came time to discuss treatment options! So I wanted to have the same prep for this one, i appreciate any help! I have the other images, just not sure how to show the video in a significant way unless all images are shared as pics

I don't think it makes sense to try to share your MRI in video form. It needs an MRI reader and the properly formatted files (would be on a CD or perhaps made available online). While there are free MRI reading apps online (e.g. OsiriX Lite, DiCOM viewer demo, which has all the functions necessary to take a basic look at MRIs and an be downloaded for free on this website), again I need to say I'm not expert at reading MRIs.
The standard reading of lumbar MRIs by radiologists is usually fine; you can get a good sense of what you are dealing with by looking at the written report made by the radiologist who read your lumbar MRI. Where accurate readings by non-specialized radiologists are less likely if problems such as subtle cases of tethered cord, adhesive arachnoiditis (inflammation of a membrane around the spinal cord) and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks are suspected. If you are planning to send a cervical MRI to one of the neurosurgeons with CCI expertise you should also include any other spinal MRIs (lumbosacral or thoracic) and any brain MRIs so he can assess for these abnormalities that might accompany CCI/AAI.
