"Because Vitamin K2 has been shown to boost the production of energy in brain cells.
i feel like that was part of the problem because when i would wake up at night it was like my brain was wide awake all of a sudden and there was no going back to sleep right away. i did take the K2 first thing in the morning btw.

@Mary

Thank you for sharing this technique and video with us!

I have been sleeping poorly and fitfully for a few years now. Usually when my nervous system is really revved up, and I can't sleep, or wake up and can't fall back asleep, I eventually get up and go do something else for a while.

Instead, I've been doing the Butterfly Hug for a count of 120 (about 2 minutes, I assume), and even if I don't immediately fall asleep, I do feel more relaxed and I am able to just better enjoy physically/mentally resting in bed, until sleep eventually comes.

I'm grateful to you and ALL of the insomnia/sleep related information you have shared with us over the years. 💙
