Alcohol can help some things dissolve. I remember having some cocoa powder that didn't want to wet with cold water, but a splash of artificial vanilla (has alcohol) helped it wet. You could try a splash of alcohol with BCAAs. If that doesn't work, you could add more internally until it no longer bothers you that it didn't dissolve. :):):xeyes:

@junkcrap50 - I take a combination of capsules and a bulk powder (to save $). The bulk powder has no flavoring added - I hate artificial flavorings! It has a really bland mild taste, doesn't really taste like anything. I just mix it with water (it doesn't dissolve well but I don't care) and swallow it, no problem! I finally got some BCAA capsules. I know you’ve mentioned your routine with them somewhere but I can’t find it. In the morning, on an empty stomach? How much?

Hi Wendy (@BonitaApplebum ) I take 5000 mg. a day in two divided doses. I take 2500 mg when I first get up on an empty stomach with a few other things I take on an empty stomach, and then 2500 mg more late morning, again on an empty stomach. So you'll have to look at your label to figure out how to get the dose you want. We're all different, but I do well with this.
