B12 pooling in blood

This can be the case with inflammation.

I was wondering, does anyone know, whether taking B12 the oral route would actually help some?

When I was mild and took liquid B12, the same issue applied. Blood levels were rising far too high.

We are getting the holo levels again, last time they were normal.

I have reasons to believe it's due to a malnutrition inflammation complex, likely also driven by extreme Mast Cell Activation (I'm severe and can only eat on benzo).

Anything activating is a problem as well.
But anyone have the same issue?

Way back in the 1980s here in UK I was seeing a private doctor specialising in people like us. One of her approaches at the time I think I'm right in saying was vitamin B12 injections. Never did a thing for me.

What form of B12 are you taking, cyanocobalamin or methylcobalamin and what dosage?
