Can anyone shed some light on the correlation between b12 and Gastritis? I was diagnosed years ago with Gastritis. I had it under control, but since I’ve been building up my b12, my gastritis is back! You would think it would be the opposite.... any input would be greatly appreciated. I also get the other b vitamins, in a multi, but can only tolerate very small amounts. The b12 I take is an active b12 lozenge, which is methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. Thanks.
