Are Chloride forms of minerals problematic with MCAS/Histamine issues?

I'm trying to figure out what's making me so ill. I am currently taking Metabolic's Multiple Minerals. Last time I tried them, I started on 5 drops and after a few days started feeling really bad physically and bad brain fog. I wasn't 100% sure it was that (could have been PEM), but it didn't lift after a few days so I decided to stop them, have a break and then start again, this time titrating from 1 drop (20 drops is the serving size).

I've reached 5 drops again and after a few days I feel terrible again. I have done a lot recently so it's difficult to tell if it's PEM, these drops or something else. I'm hesitant to stop in case it's one of those 'feel worse before you feel better' kind of things. But it has got me wondering.

I'm not diagnosed with MCAS/histamine issues but I seem to do better when avoiding those triggers in general. Are chloride forms minerals known to be an issue with MCAS/Histamine? I know Citric Acid is one trigger but I'm generally super sensitive person and the amount in 5 drops must be minuscule. I just can't figure this out.
