Are CellTrend tests reliable as an indication of autoimmunity?

This recent study finds no differences in GPCR autoantibody concentrations between patients with POTS and healthy controls when using CellTrend tests (ELISA).

This seems to suggest that CellTrend tests may not be useful to establish the role of autoimmunity in POTS.

Re: autoimmunity are Anti nuclear Antibodies (ANA) one of the more reliable hints that auotoimmunity is present.

ANA is a reliable test that shows the presence of autoimmunity but it does not show a specific disease. Often if the ANA is positive (the ANA titer and pattern), then the lab automatically tests you for a bunch of other specific autoantibodies.
