I'm having some setbacks with my health that are preventing me from working on this. My most recent conclusion is that it's best for it to be a PR project bc I don't have the stamina to lead it. I was overly idealistic in thinking I could find away to get the project off the ground. I think PR may vote on whether to take on a project like this in the coming months or years, so my current plan is to leave it up to them. I respect and appreciate their approach and methodologies and believe that in time, they'll do an excellent job.
