Hey everyone.
In November of 2012 I purchased some methylation supplements off Iherb. One of then was, Source Naturals Dibencozide 8.6 mg. Now, It's 2.5 years old and it's unopened and has been kept in the dark and away from heat the whole time.
It says best before 8/16 on the bottle, so it's still got a year before expiry. Would it still be effective and have retained most of it's potency if it's 2.5 years old?
