Active B vitamins with Covid ?

Hi,
I’ve covid and i take a multivitamins with Methylated vitamins. Is it an error for increasing infiammation ?

Many of us find that you just have to go by your own body's reactions. If you feel worse after you take it, put it aside for a week or two and then try it again to see if you get a positive or negative response.

With ME/CFS many of us are super sensitive to things so you have to be careful with everything. Always start with small amounts. A moto you will see here often is, "start low; go slow."
