I normally have problems with milk and milk products, and don't have much of them at all. Mainly in the digestive system and with the mucous response (ie stuffs up my sinuses), and just generally makes me feel worse.
Over the last couple of days for the first time I have tried A2 type milk (see here and here), and it seem a lot less problematic. Still not problem free, and I am not planning to include it in my regular diet, but I do seem to tolerate it significantly better than A1 milk (the 'standard' milk).
What are other's experiences with A2 milk?
(For those who don't know, the difference between A1 and A2 is the type of beta casein protein.)
