Subscribing/Watching Threads and Forums

Subscribing to a Thread/Watching a Thread

• You can have threads sent directly to your email if you don't want to log on to the forum to see threads you are interested in
• Go to the thread that you’re interested in and click on ‘Watch Thread' on the right hand side of the menu bar

• A pop-up will appear

• If you choose not to receive email notifications, you will receive an alert when somebody has posted on the thread
• Click on 'Watch Thread'

To Unwatch a Thread

• Open the thread you wish to 'unwatch'
• Click on 'Unwatch Thread' (this is in the same location as 'Watch Thread')

Subscribing to a Forum/Watching a Forum

• You can also subscribe to a forum
• Click on the Forum you’re interested in subscribing to
• Click on 'Watch Forum'

• A pop-up will appear

• Choose the options you want
• Click on 'Watch Forum'

To Unwatch a Forum

• Open the forum you wish to 'unwatch'
• Click on 'Unwatch' (this in the same location as 'Watch Forum')

Finding Your Watched Forums

• To find the forums you are watching or are subscribed to
• Click on the 'Watched Forums' tab

• There is a box beside the name of any of the forums you are watching

• If you go to the bottom of the 'Watched Forums' page, you will see:

• Click on the down arrow and you will see different options

• If you want to choose an option for one forum, put a tick mark in the box beside the forum in question
• If you want to choose an option for multiple forums, put a tick mark in the box beside each forum you wish to choose
• Click on 'Go' when you are finished

Finding your Unread Watched Threads

• Click on the 'Watched Threads' tab

• You will see a list of all your unread watched threads
• If you have no unread watched threads, you will see the following:

• You can see a list of all your watched threads by clicking on 'Show all watched threads'
• If you navigate to the bottom of this page, you will see:

• Click on the down arrow for options

• You can choose one thread or multiple threads to apply these options to by putting a tick in one or more of the boxes beside the name of a thread
• Click on 'Go' when you are finished
