I find that eating exhausts me. It's as if the digestion process uses up my energy. I'm good in the mornings too but flag as the day goes on. Come 9pm I come alive and can't sleep !

Sorry only meant the spices having a positive impact on health. Yes it is just tea but from what I've read on chai tea it goes over and above being just a drink.

I have been awake all night. Even had some wine before bed and that didn't make me sleep. My heart was racing during the night no exertion just lying down. This condition/disease gets more bazaar as time goes on !
