@Treeman Im also from the UK. Where were these charity HBOT sessions at? I just did one that cost £100 (2 ata 100% O2) for 1hr.

Hi, I did mine at Leeds at the West Yorkshire Multiple Sclerosis Centre. Here

There are a network of them across the country so you maybe able to find one near you, just do an internet search. All offering rates very affordable. I think my divers tanks were supplied in the 80’s. There must be some benefit or they wouldn’t have being operating for 40 years.

They told me to do a minimum of about 40 sessions. I didn’t do that many in hindsight and with a new prospective I think they were probably right.

I think it may benefit people suffering with dysautanmoity so things like mediation, breathing exercises, mindfulness, electrical stimulation (tens machine), could benefit but it’s a slow process possibly taking several months before seeing improvement. There’s little research to support my thoughts but I think it could be about neuroplasticity and correcting the Dysautonomia.

Good luck and let me know how you get on.
